Invoice Better is an iPhone and iPad app. It requires iOS 17.0 or later, or iPadOS 17.0 or later. It is not an Android app and it is not a full web invoicing product. The free GST invoice generator on this website is a browser tool, not the app.

Yes for invoicing. Invoices, clients, pricing and PDFs are stored on the device. You do not need an Invoice Better account to create invoices. Optional sign-in unlocks a public quote page on invoicebetter.app and the quote inbox.

No. You do not need an Invoice Better account to create invoices, quotes or receipts. Sign-in is optional for invoicing. It is required to go live with a Public Page on invoicebetter.app or to receive quote and lead inbox items. You can use email and password or Sign in with Apple.

invoicebetter.app is the customer storefront for Invoice Better. Customers pick items you publish in the iOS app and send an order or quote request. Those inbound leads land in the signed-in app. invoicebetter.com.au is the marketing site for the app — not where customers order.

Sending an invoice uses Apple Mail or the iOS share sheet. That traffic is between you and the recipient, not Invoice Better servers. Invoices, clients and PDFs stay on the device unless you choose to share them.

Invoice Better Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s App Store refund policies. We do not process card payments ourselves. Request a refund in your Apple ID purchase history, or ask Apple Support.

Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings. In the app, Settings → Account → Manage Subscription opens that path. Deleting the Invoice Better account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account removes your sign-in, attempts to take down the Public Page, and erases invoices, clients and catalog on that device. Settings → Data → Delete All Data erases on-device records without deleting the sign-in. Email [email protected] or [email protected]. Data that only ever lived on your iPhone cannot be erased by us remotely.

No. Invoice Better helps you create GST invoices, quotes and receipts with Australian defaults: a Tax Invoice header, 10% GST, ABN and BSB fields, and AUD. It is not tax, BAS or accounting advice. Confirm obligations with your accountant or the ATO.
