We respect your privacy. This Free GST Invoice Generator is designed to collect the absolute minimum data necessary.

2. What Data We Collect

• Form Data you enter (business name, ABN, client details, line items, notes) — stored only in your browser during your session.
• Email address (if you choose to receive a copy via the email button).
• Usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (see below).

3. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the generator. We track:

• Page views
• PDF downloads (including number of items and total amount)
• When you click "Clear All Fields"
• When you submit your email

This helps us improve the tool and measure its usefulness. You can opt out using browser settings or privacy tools.

4. Zapier (Email Feature)

When you request an email copy, your email address and basic invoice summary are sent to Zapier so we can email you the invoice and templates. We do not store this data ourselves beyond the email being sent.

5. What We Do NOT Collect

• No accounts or logins
• No full invoice content is stored on our servers
• No payment information
• No tracking cookies beyond GA4
• We do not sell your data

6. Data Retention

Form data is only stored in your browser (localStorage) during your current session and is automatically cleared when you close the tab.

7. Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within 7 days.
